Our product contains polyfluorinated tensides. These substances are used worldwide in large quantities as successor products to PFOA and/or PFOS and are currently in line with the state of the art.
We purchase the raw material for PROQUEL OF from a well-known producer with many years of experience with the production of polyfluorinated substances, who guarantees that the raw material and hence our product are free of PFOA and PFOS. For the formation of PFOS, special reaction conditions and elementary fluorine are required. According to our knowledge, it is highly improbable that this reaction can take place in the chromium bath.
Well-known users apply PROQUEL OF and hence contribute to reducing the PFOS problems.
Features:
- Chemically and thermally stable in solutions with hexavalent chromium compounds.
- The CrO3 content in the exhaust air is lowered to below the TLV if the surface tension in the electrolyte is reduced to < 30 mN/m.
- Product does not contain any PFOS or PFOA.
- Can also be used in the ABS pickling solution.
